drunk midnight.

in sips of two …

and then three ….

maybe a one here and there

the night i drink

in melodies fine

the most ecstatic sound

that’s possibly there

in this world to be heard

is when you are insane …

the sweetness of breath

the dulling of lights

all things decomposing their shapes

you free your mind

to wander off into sky ..

love-like lust

and lust-filled love, it is …

a drama not meant for the world

but for you alone

… and dance all you like tonight

the feet , they feel

let us ruin the stage

with footsteps of craze

i am but a filthy bastard

nothing i own

and none make me feel guilty

i am all there is here

skin, bones and emotions to hold them

yet with my heart spilling all over the place

it feels lighter somehow

to be drunk like a sage

bewildered by the weightlessness of earth, just then

a moment of a thousand blissful deaths …

how i wish it were always this nice …

nothing to hold in my arms

and no fear of letting go …

and i walk away …

drunk at midnight

my living being

my only …

    I really enjoyed this,
very deep, and mind stirring, a sense of calm.

Thanks IV πŸ™‚ I did intend to make it calm and stirring, but it was spontaneous and i felt like i was actually drunk when writing this πŸ™‚ weird. how words can make us feel something unreal to be so realistic.
